With 35 years of experience in the country, ABC Brasil is controlled by Bank ABC, an institution based in Bahrain. In Brazil, the bank is present in 53 cities.

During these years, we have evolved, grown and specialized. In 2024 we present a new brand positioning, as strong as our history.
2023
Reorganization of the Investment Bank
Reorganization of the Investment Bank, with creation of the Partnership structure.
2022
Towards modernity
Focusing on the future, we launched our Credit Recovery area. Additionally, we have structured our ESG area with the creation of the Sustainability Committee.

Creation of new solutions
We identified our customers' needs and launched new products and services, including the Energy Trading Company, the Insurance Broker and ABC Link.
2018
Expansion of operations
Beginning of operations of ABC Personal, a personal investment platform, in digital accounts, expanding our capillarity.
2013
We are an Investment Bank
Beginning of Investment Bank operations with Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A).
2007
Entry into the Stock Exchange
We carried out a successful initial public offering of our shares and joined BM&FBovespa’s Corporate Governance Level 2 listing segment.
1997
We became ABC Brasil
The Arab Banking Corporation assumed the controlling interest, consolidating itself as the controlling shareholder. From then on, our institution was named “Banco ABC Brasil S.A.”
1991
Inauguration of the new management
The current management took office and incorporated Brazilian executive leaders with extensive experience in the financial segment.
1989
Birth of the institution
The Arab Banking Corporation and Grupo Roberto Marinho founded Banco ABC Roma S.A.
