Deadline for response from the Ombudsman: A maximum of ten business days, in accordance with Resolution No. 4.860 dated 10/23/2020, article 6, section iii, § 2º.of CMN.


The Ombudsman's Office aims to serve our clients with total impartiality and transparency acting as their representative within the Organization. However, in order to access it, it is necessary that the client had resorted to all Support Services and that he has not been satisfied with the solution presented.

Attention! For matters related to consigned credit, it is important to have the number of the protocol of your occurrence in hand provided by Customer Service.

Complaint

In reporting your complaint, the issues will be evaluated to determine its credibility and materiality, in order to confirm the complaint and take the necessary actions for the correct solution of the fact.

Banco ABC guarantees the adequate treatment of the reported facts, guaranteeing the exemption of value judgments, as well as, the protection of the information, which can make the report/ communication with identification or anonymously.
